BioName: Arden Mulciber
Position: Deputy Head of International Magical Co-operation.
Personality: To the outward world, Arden is a pleasant enough colleague, though he is known to push his staff if he feels the need and can become impatient. He does not tolerate failure from them. He is always wonderfully friendly and charming to his International guests and works hard at his job. His wit tends to be dry, even black, he abhors bad timekeepers and enjoys the hobby of languages.
He seems tough but fair, calmly confident in his affairs and smooth and unforced in his way with other representatives. But beneath this facade, Mulciber is a controlling, twisted, ambitious and ruthless man that rarely lets anything stand in his way.
Biography: Born to Nicola and Paul Mulciber, infamous author, Arden was brought up in the family home in Kensington, a London-city-boy at heart. He quickly outgrew his parents in his adolescence, maintaining a placid but more and more distanced relationship with them as time went by. Hogwarts opened his eyes to a bigger picture and kindled a fire in him to succeed in it. Seven years of Slytherin added the fuel needed and Arden Mulciber exited Hogwarts with the NEWTs (honours in charms) and the drive to take him exactly where he wanted to go. The Ministry.
By the time he was working his way up in the Ministry however, Arden was serving another propose than merely his own determination. Lord Voldemort's cause had appealed not only to his power-hungry attitude and want to go to the very top, it also appealed to his pureblood prejudices.
Finding himself at home in International Magical Co-operation, especially when the Deputy Head position was offered to him. The Department let him come into daily contact with important people, making it easy for him to subtly pass his Lord information on affairs both in and out of the Ministry. Though he believes that he deserves more than to be the deputy head of the mere Magical Co-operation Department, for now it serves it's purpose well. It also gives him a very large list of possible wizards and witches to exploit.
He was known in the Lord's service for his talent with the Unforgivable Imperius. There is no-one who could control a person as thoroughly and enjoy it as much as Arden.
